in a village -Anchor-

a village near the Anchor What, Siem Reap, Cambodia, Jan 2010.

I and my friend went to the village, which is my friend's bike taxi driver's home.

There was a wedding party there and we luckily had a nice meal.

The man left side in the photo was drinking liquor like Japanese Shochu.

Breakfast my main meal of the day

I eat steamed rice with natto (fermented soybeans) and raw egg for breakfast.

For lunch, I eat two rice balls.

And for dinner, I have tofu (the bean curd) and drink saki.

swimming in the pool

I went to the pool near my house yesterday.

have doing the crawl about an hour.

Consequently, I realized I don't like swimming.

I saw some videos about strapping industry on you-tube at the lunch time.

I'm interested in card board making machines.

The lunch times are going to be video watching time for me.

JPY Rise Sharply

I invested in New Zealand dollars two weeks ago.

NZD rose gradually, but it dropped sharply in the end of the last week.

Money moves so fast around the world.

browsing in bookshop

I went to a book store in the lunch time and browsed magazines yesterday.

I'll go to Seoul next month, so I also read guide book of there.

I learned Korea Won is about one tenth of Japanese Yen and it cost around 10,000 KRW from Jinsen air port to city center.

I bought a air ticket to South Korea.

I will go there in July.

It's going to be my first travel there.

presents for my parents

I gave presents for my parents, a cushion for mother and a set of DVDs for father.

It is impossible to pay my parents back the money which I have got from them.

I will repay my parents in other ways.

uploading photos

I'm uploading my photos to SNS.

I'll make albums about trip to south-east Asia and NYC and about daily life in Tokyo.

The size of photos in my camera is too large for uploading, so I had better change it by using some software.

Reducing working time

I'm working from 8am to 7pm.

I'm planning to reduce working time, so that I can study in the night.

footsal

I played footsal yesterday in Toyosu with my coworkers.

I haven't played footsal and football for a long time, so playing footsal became very very intersting and exciting activity for me.

I'm kind of tired today, having musculer rheumatism...

I met a Mexican guy in my town yesterday's night.

He asked me how to explain "under the bridge in the night" in Japanese. He also asked me how to write it in Kanji .

We may meet in the weekend again.

Finally, I moved to a new apartment.

My life is getting better and better.

Food is very important.
If you don't have diet appropriately, you can't concentrate on what you're doing.

I usually have three meals a day, that is breakfast, lunch and dinner.

In addition to those three meals, I will have three-o'clock coffee and sweets.

The coffee and sweets will refresh me.

Yesterday's work was kind of hard.

I took the wrong step to proceed trade affairs.

I had to do dreary Excel work about three hours....

I rode the bike half a day yesterday, so I got a little tired.

Drinking two cups of rice wine, I went to the bed.

It takes about an hour to the factory from my house.

I'm a little tired commuting every day, but this is the first weekend and I'll refresh myself!!

I'll go to electric shop, watch movies, go to laundry and so on.

I don't read Internet news because I can't cover the whole news by that.

The library is very big and has many books.

It's rain and chilly today in Tokyo.

The cherry blossoms are at their best now.

Many people came to see the cherry blossoms along Kanda river near my house.

Yesterday's training was fun. The training took place in Nihonbashi.

The New Life

I started to work from yesterday.

My firm headquartered in Ginza Tokyo.

I'm a trainee, so I can get some training first. I think I'm lucky to get it.

There are three men in our room in the driving school dorm, Suzuki, Shohei and me.

Suzuki graduated from the school three days ago and Shohei will graduate today.

I will graduate on 24th.

The aroma of fresh coffee is nice.

But I didn't like coffee when I was child.

I ran 10,000 meters and did push-ups, sit-ups and back extensions.

I admit from one week exercises that it's hard to reduce my body fat.

But I'll try it by doing exercises everyday!

The company's products are machines for the cardboard.

When you strap or pack the cardboard you may use our machines.

The bottle left side is Japanese rice wine.

That is made of rice in Yamagata prefecture.

It has clear flavor, so it's easy to drink.

I ran for 50 minutes yesterday.

My weight is 72 kilograms and the rate of body fat is 17% now.

My target rate is 13%.

gym

I started to go to a sports gym near Shinjo station.

I had never been to the sports gym.

The gym I went to is clean and not crowded and has many machines, so I like the gym.

driving school

I came to Yamagata prefecture, northern part of Japan, from last Monday to get the driver's license.

First, it was very hard for me to drive a car, but I'm getting used to it day by day.

I'm practicing driving the MT car because I'm supposed to use the MT car for my job.

Japanese noodle -ramen-

I had a Ramen(Japanese noodle) for lunch. That was so fatty for lunch that I suffered from stomachache all the day.

Tokyo again

I came back from NYC to Tokyo on Feb 26th. I will graduate from Waseda on March 25th. I failed to pass on to the next grade twice. Two years was long time...
Anyway, I have one month as a university student. So, I will study until the end of the school days.
